Why this course is needed?
This qualification provides the theory knowledge on how to carry our audits and inspections. This includes planning, and analysis, and is applicable to many sectors of the food industry, including warehousing, retail, and anywhere where food is served.
Corse Content
The course includes the required competencies of an auditor, the effective planning of an audit, and how to analyse the results of the audit towards meaningful reports and recommendations.

Ideal for
This qualification is aimed at supervisors, team leaders, chefs, QA staff and managers working in a variety of industries where verification, auditing (including internal auditing and supplier auditing) or inspection is undertaken.
Assessment
Learners must complete 30 questions within 60 minutes and answer 60% (18 questions) correctly. A pass mark of 80% (24/30) merits a distinction.
