Why this course is needed?

This course enables managers and business owners to develop a HACCP plan, which in turn enables their workforce to implement these processes to effectively maintain food safety and integrity.


 

Course Content

This course enables caterers to gain a better understanding of how HACCP can be applied to the catering environment, and understand the hazards and controls at every stage of an operation.

Duration of course

7 hours

Ideal for

This course is intended for restaurant owners, head chefs, kitchen managers and food handling supervisors, and enables managing others implement the HACCP guidelines. 

Assessment

Learners must complete 30 questions within 60 minutes and answer 60% (18 questions) correctly. A pass mark of 80% (24/30) merits a distinction.
